Before completing a booking, clients should acknowledge:

By booking an appointment with Candi’s Court, I confirm that I have read and agree to the Candi’s Court Booking, Deposit, Cancellation, Rescheduling, Late Arrival, Service, Payment, and Satisfaction policies.

I understand that:

My deposit is non-refundable.
My deposit may only be transferred ONE TIME when the appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours before the original appointment.
Cancelling less than 48 hours before my appointment may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
A no-call/no-show may result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service price.
Arriving 30 or more minutes late may result in cancellation of my appointment.
Additional charges may apply based on hair length, density, condition, complexity, additional materials, or time required.
My remaining balance is due on the date of service.
I am responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
